Terms & Conditions

Orders & Fees

  • All orders are entered into by an individual customer. The customer to order Meals from Restaurant Operators and arrange the delivery of the Orders to the Drop-Off Location.

  • Orders are non-transferable to another party.

  • All prices stated for meals are inclusive of GST.

  • Each order is a once-off transaction.

  • All orders have delivery fees unless otherwise stated

  • The cut-off for order adjustments is two hours before the next delivery.

  • By ordering to Uni Boom Boom you are agreeing to all conditions set out below.

 

Meal Orders

  • All orders placed and paid for are a once-off

  • When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you.

  • You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and CVV).

  • We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your menu orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.


Delivery Policy

  • You must live in our delivery area to order.

  • Ownership of the goods will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

  • Our courier will endeavour to leave the order in a secure location. Hailey Paige Flowers will not take any responsibility or liability for the flowers after delivery. It is your responsibility once flowers have been delivered regardless if the order has been signed or not.

  • We cannot commit to a smaller delivery window. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee, special requests.

  • After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Uni Boom Boom containing your order details, and your delivery day.

  • We deliver during various time windows Friday and Saturday. If you will not be home please make an alternative arrangement and leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our drivers to follow.

  • Delivery areas are set to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Please check online to find out if we deliver to your area.

  • Delivery addresses may not be altered once an order has been placed.

  • Uni Boom Boom can not alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.

  • If a re-delivery is required at an alternative time through no fault of Uni Boom Boom or our logistics partners an additional fee of $15 will be charged.

    All our sea urchin meals are delivered in an insulated pack with ice, to keep your meal cold for 2-3 hours. Our driver will text you at time of drop off.

  • The ice boxes are required to be left in the exact location you would like your latest delivery to be placed.

  • Ice boxes remain the property of Uni Boom Boom. All our boxes are the same. As much as we'd love to, we're not able to customise individual boxes based on preference, dietary requirements, or whim!

  • Uni Boom Boom cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.

  • Uni Boom Boom accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.

  • Uni Boom Boom will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

     

Payment

  • Full meal payment must be paid via wired transfer or WeChat Pay.

  • All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).


Collection of Personal Information

  • In order to use the Uni Boom Boom delivery service, we may require personal information from you so we can provide the best service possible.

  • All correspondence may be collected and stored, particularly in regard to the service, support and accounts, including email and phone numbers.

  • Any personal information collected by Uni Boom Boom is done via correspondence from you.

  • This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.
     

Missing or Incorrect Meals
 

  • Uni Boom Boom will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by mistake.

  • Customers must notify Uni Boom Boom if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email.
     

  • Credits will be placed on customers’ accounts for missing or incorrect meal items
    Failure to comply with these policies will result in no credit.


Refund & Returns Policy (inc vouchers)
 

  • Uni Boom Boom return and refunds policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.
     

  • This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. No refunds on gift vouchers.
    If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact our office on 03-56113330

 

  • Failure to contact Uni Boom Boom within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery.
     

  • Should any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen.
     

  • The customer must contact the office 03-56113330 within two (2) hours if they refuse their delivery.

  • Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for 24 hours only and the customer must make arrangements with our office to pick up their order or have redelivered. Orders not picked up within 24hrs of return will be disposed of as per our Food Health & Safety Policies.

  • Uni Boom Boom will refund money in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.
    All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
    Uni Boom Boom will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

 

Allergies

  • Uni Boom Boom accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a consumer as a result of consuming a Uni Boom Boom meal. It is the consumers’ responsibility to refer to the nutritional panel and ingredients of each meal before purchase.

  • While Uni Boom Boom takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present as it has been prepared in the same kitchen.


Communications
Uni Boom Boom uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and customer service details. 

 

We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails, newsletters and special offers. If at any time, you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@pacificseaurchin.com.au
